Team Andrews Biggest Loser competition stats

The Joint Base Andrews Biggest Loser competition is going on through May 1. Teams of four compete to win the title of Biggest Loser by earning points based on working out at the gym, attending nutrition classes and participating in group fitness activities such as CrossFit and P90X. Anyone with a military I.D. card 18-years of age or older may sign-up for the challenge. Below is the breakdown of how to earn points.

  • 7 points for each teammate up to a maximum of three times a week for gym attendance.

  • 10 points for each teammate up to a maximum of two times a week for attending CrossFit and P90X classes.

  • 10 points for each teammate up to a maximum of once a month for Health and Wellness Center classes.

  • Total = maximum 348 points per teammate for the eight weeks.
